VocaThread is a concept case study inspired by my real-world experience as a DIRECTV call center agent. Designed as a compassionate, streamlined interface for agents handling overdue billing and service reconnections, the project reimagines the entire call flow through a modern 5-step wizard, real-time AI transcription, and contextual automation.
